The science of anaphylaxis - a re-post from the Allergist Mom blog

I have learned of another food allergy Mom, who also happens to be an allergist!, taking to the blogosphere to help educate and raise awareness about the magnitude and severity of life-threatening food allergies!  I couldn't be more excited by her recent blog post on the science of anaphylaxis because there is absolutely no way I could have said this better myself.  Kudos to the Allergist Mom!
